My Ad did not displayed?
If you can not see your ad after posting, it could be because it is being reviewed. If your ad was reviewed and published and you still not able to see, please email contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve this issue.
How I can edit my add?
To edit your ad, you need to login first with the sane credentials you register with.
- Hoover over your name at the top bar
- click on dashboard link
- click on my ads
- click on pen icon to edit your ad.
You can also change ad status to active, sold or expired by selecting dropdown box.
My Ad got disappeared?
If your ad suddenly disappeared from the list, this could be related to ad expiry. Please check your ad section as mentioned above and see your expired ads. You may contact us if you still have issues finding your ad.
My ad got rejected?
SellFree.net have a transparent ad posting policy. If you ad does not comply with our ad posting policy it may be rejected and you will receive an email with the reason explaining, which section of the policy your ads did not comply with. For more information, please search our Help Centre for details about posting rules and policies.
I have an issue adding photos?
This could be an issue limiting number of photos you can upload depending on your package. You can add 3 photos maximum in free plan and as you upgrade to the paid package you can upload more photos.
You may also have a technical issue with the file type and size. You can ad any photo of maximum size of 10MB in jpeg, png, gif formats.
How do I stop receiving email from SellFree.net
You can unsubscribe by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email you have received from Sell Free.
I can’t find what I am looking for?
You may search in different ways;
- Search by category
- Search by title
- Search by area/location
How I can block another user?
You can not block user, however you can contact us if you have any issues, our team will do their best to resolve issues with third party.
How I can report another user?
You can report ad in ad details page, our team will look into this as priority and can get back to you with more details as soon as possible.
